LONGBOARD SPECIALIST WEEKS WITH PRO NECAS

Manuel "necas" Mestre is one of the most revered LongBoard legends of Portugal. 4 x Algarve Champion, 2 x National champion. European ranking of 4 and world ranking of 16. Represented Portugal at worlds 7x and was team PORTUGAL winner once.

Longboard week with Manuel Mestre and Surf Experience Portugal.

A reception, introduction with Necas. A briefing of the week.
The training will always be divided into two parts: Theory & Practical. The theoretical part will be held at the surf camp at the end of the day or if the conditions are not on our side.
Theory:

Parts of Custom hand made longboard and its functionality

Viewing films of Custom hand made longboard

Viewing of footage shot during the day and constructional critic to right all wrongs and bad habits.

Group Brain Storm of the day.

Walk on the board

Duck dive
Practice:
-
1ST session evaluation of participants and their mistakes/bad habits.

Check the most fun spots, mainly point breaks.

Correction of bad techniques and errors.

TO NOTE: Main Objective is FUN and surfing the best waves possible.
